    BEESTON WITH BITTERING PARISH COUNCIL

At the Parish Council meeting held on 29th March that was attended by five Councillors, County Councillor M Kiddle-Morris and three parishioners the following was considered.

Co-option to the Parish Council:  Mr Mark Greene was co-opted onto the Parish Council.  There is now a full complement of Councillors.

Planning: Applications: The Parish Council raised no objection to the erection of a garden room extension to the bungalow at Windy Ridges Primrose

Farm Water End Lane.  The Parish Council also raised no objection to the proposed residential development (10 dwellings) on land off Herne Lane but requested that the new dwellings be moved further away from the existing bungalow on Herne Lane and that a legal agreement be agreed to provide a footway from the site to the Primary School and that no further development would be undertaken on that site.

Decisions: Permission had been granted for the conversion of kennel block to agricultural workers dwelling at The Bungalow Drury Square.

Bench on The Green: It is anticipated that this will be sited shortly as Breckland Council have basically given permission for this to be installed and it is intended to site this next to the village sign.  At the same time it is hoped that all the remaining items on The Green will be sited together.
